Our Mission

We provide an environment where anyone interested in coaching, whether as a tool to support others or as a recipient of it, can find a community where they belong while being able to pick what supports them most wherever they are in their journey.

People can become certified as coaches or as coach leaders, continue their journey as coaches to improve their skills through additional accreditations and learning, find clients for their practice, find peers and a diverse community to exchange and grow, get the support and tools to enable them to flourish. Anyone interacting with us can have a full coaching experience: benefit from coaching themselves, develop coaching skills (as a coach leader or a professional coach), grow as a coach (through continuous coaching education offerings, specializations, mentoring and supervision), get coaching work (an offering we would like to set up in the future) and be a part of a coaching community that grows together and supports each other.
